Were you or are you a serving CF member, that has been or will be medically released?

 

When making our your claim make sure you read the website material thoroughly, download what documentation is needed, complete the forms and send. A few recommendations to consider when making your applications:

 

  • > Forms and attachments should be sent by registered mail to ensure you have a registered date of delivery to VAC.

  • > Make and keep copies of all documents sent.

  • > Do not send original reference docs, like medical docs; send copies or if need be True Copies' of the original doc.
