released?
When
making our your claim make sure you read the website material thoroughly,
download what documentation is needed, complete the forms and send. A
few recommendations to consider when making your applications:

Forms
and attachments should be sent by registered mail to ensure you
have a registered date of delivery to VAC.

Make
and keep copies of all documents sent.

Do
not send original reference docs, like medical docs; send copies or
if need be True Copies' of the original doc.
